NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.1. Upfront payment before anything else! For protection reasons, I will NOT work on your order unless the payment is done. The payment methods I currently accept are Paypal, Wise, and bank transfer. You are entitled to a refund if I have not sent a WIP for two consecutive months or when I haven't finished it in four months.In addition, commissions are handled in the order received. I will personally notify you when I’m ready to begin work on your request. If you have a specific deadline or need your project prioritized, please let me know in advance!2. STRICTLY NO NFTs and AI/STABLE DIFFUSION INVOLVEMENT. Legal action WILL be taken.3. A refund cannot be requested after I start the lineart process, so please make sure you're happy with the sketch before I proceed! If for any reason I see that I am unable to continue your commission, I will refund you 80% of the original price (deducted from sketch work) or offer an alternative such as another type of artwork, whichever is agreed on.4. Claiming dissatisfaction with the finished piece does not warrant a refund as the commissioner had the entire process to voice concerns. Doing this will result in being blacklisted, and if you attempt a chargeback without discussing it with me, I will not be quiet about it. I'll have you reported, file a fraud dispute, and plaster your name, social media handles, and scam details right at the very top of my public Trello board and everywhere else for the entire internet to see.By extension, I will also permanently hoard your underlying transaction data in my private files, prepared to hand the receipts out like candy whenever necessary. This, again, only happens if you attempt a chargeback without my consent. As long as you don't do anything funny with the payments, I'll leave your data alone.5. Commissions will be denied if you do not provide reference images, inspiration pictures, or at least a clear description of what your character looks like. It's hard to work with nothing!6. Changes and minimal additions are free in the sketch stage. Changes after that will be charged with an edit fee.7. Want multiple characters interacting on the same canvas? Awesome! Each extra soul crammed into the canvas adds a +70% surcharge to the base price. However, if you want them in entirely separate drawings, there is no package deal; you are buying two separate pieces at full price.8. Finished pieces are for personal use only. Under no circumstance should you distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the commission unless negotiated; such as using my art for YouTube, selling merchandise, etc.9. Some "WON'T DRAW"s are negotiable; depending on the complexity. I have every right to reject whatever has not been mentioned in that section; be it too difficult, offensive, political, or heavily inappropriate. If you were hoping for any of these, please find another artist.10. Once you pay me, the art is entirely yours to cherish, print, plaster on your walls, wear as PFPs or online banners, so on so forth. However, your ownership exists entirely at my discretion. If I catch you using my art for illegal nonsense, hate speech, or being a generally terrible human being (or if I simply do not want my art associated with you) I reserve the right to revoke your ownership. I will not hesitate to weaponize DMCA takedowns, contact your platform hosts, and forcefully scrub my intellectual property from your corners of the internet. Just be a good person and you'll be fine. Easy, right?

LAST UPDATE: May 2, 2026This contract applies to the artist, further called Seller, and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront for any orders.
2. On orders done with partial payment, Customer agrees to pay half the invoice total upfront. The other half has to be paid on approval of the initial sketch. The initial sketch will be watermarked for protection.
3. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.
4. Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.
5. Certain types of work do not allow for a split payment. In such cases, Customer will be informed about this and will be asked to agree on a different payment schedule, before any work can commence.PRODUCT DELIVERY
6. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to email address provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.
7. Any other method of delivery, either digital or physical, has to be mutually agreed before the work commences. Customer is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery method, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees etc.
8. It is sole responsibility of Customer to propose delivery method which works for both parties. Seller cannot be held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Seller.
8b. Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.REVISIONS
9. Customer has the right to unlimited minor revisions in the sketching phase.
10. Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing a character's eye color or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered Product. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
11. All base prices are set in USD. If paying in a different currency, the total will be converted based on the active exchange rate at the time of payment.
12. The Customer is responsible for all currency conversion costs, bank transfers, payment provider service fees, or any other transaction fees. A payment is only considered complete once the full invoiced USD amount successfully clears and is received in the Seller's account.REFUND POLICY
14. Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within four months. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed separately, before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accidents, or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.
15. Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
16. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
17. Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at their discretion.a. If no work has been started, the Customer will receive a 100% full refund.
b. If work has commenced (on or past sketch phase), the Customer will receive an 80% partial refund to cover work completed.18. Disrespectful or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate order cancellation (subject to the refund terms in Section 17). Additionally, the Seller reserves the right to refuse any future service to the Customer.RIGHT OF TERMINATION
19. The Seller reserves the right to immediately revoke all ownership rights and demand the permanent deletion and removal of the artwork if it is found to be used:a. For illegal activities, hate speech, harassment, or harmful purposes.
b. In any manner that reflects negatively on the Seller's reputation or personal comfort.Upon receiving written notice from the Seller, the Customer must cease all use of the artwork and delete it from all platforms. No refunds will be issued in the event of a rights revocation due to a violation of these terms.
